As the nominator, you will be our point of contact throughout The Prize process.

We encourage you to write as much as you need to convey the essence of your nominee. You can always save the nomination and come back to it later (we will send you a link). Please note that submitting this initial nomination form is the first step in the process. After we review your submission, we will be in touch with next steps regarding participation in the full nominations process.

We will not consider your nomination until all of the parts of the application are complete, including two references as well as information from the nominee. All nominations are due on September 19, 2026. No late nominations will be considered.
